Hi there,
Thanks for putting together the Q3 business review so quickly — the team loved the retention chart. One last request before Thursday:
Could you add a churn breakdown by plan tier (Free / Pro / Business)? Our CFO will definitely ask about it, and I'd rather have the slide ready than scramble live.
- Slide 7 — add tiered churn column
- Keep the same color coding as slide 4
- No other changes needed
If it's easier, feel free to drop raw numbers in the appendix and I'll format them.
